You can ask applicants for further documents via the custom attachment field. When creating a custom question for a job-ad, select the "Attachment" type and name it appropriately.

After the applicant has filled out an application, attached documents that are filled out in the application process will appear in the answers area.

After clicking on the attachment, you are taken to a custom view to browse all attachments or download them.
