As the applications pile in, it is often difficult to keep a high level overview of where the applicants are in the hiring pipeline. This is where the search and filters come in.
Each job is unique in its own way and we wanted our users to be able to set up the view for each job with that in mind. Filters are cross-views so all filters you apply will also be applied in the applicant details view and list view.
With the filters you can show / hide applicants based on several attributes, for example:
Based on their current state - Hired, Rejected or Active
Their labels - Sourced or Rejected
Average rating (*new*)
By questions response
Search for candidates based on information such as their name.
